Dr.Carolyn Speer is the Manager of Instructional Design and Access for Wichita State University. Carolyn has her Ph.D. in Adult and Continuing Education and teaches statistics and research methods in the Criminal Justice Department at Wichita State and American Government for the Political Science Department. She holds a CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) certification from the IAAP (International Association of Accessibility Professionals).
