Close out a term cleanly and set up the next one for success.
At the end of a term, export your gradebook for your records and confirm final grades match your institution’s student system. Tidy the course for reuse: remove dead links, retire materials that did not work, and leave notes to yourself about what to change.
The best time to capture improvements is right after teaching it, while you still remember what confused students and what landed well.
